How we are structuring tools
There is a shared app shell with a left navigation for tool discovery, but every tool still gets its own optimized page, copy, and metadata.
That balance gives you the app feel you described while keeping each tool indexable for Google instead of hiding everything behind one thin dashboard page.
As we add more utilities, the sidebar and `/tools` landing page can keep growing without needing to rethink the entire architecture.
